Hello, I'm Richa

Helping you move better, recover stronger, and live fully

I'm a neuro physiotherapist passionate about helping people improve their mobility, function and overall quality of life. I combine evidence-based clinical practice with real, individualised attention — treating every patient as a whole person, not just a diagnosis.

I recently relocated my practice to Pune city, bringing my patient-first approach to a new community. My week is structured to keep care continuous across settings — morning clinic OPD, home and hospital visits, and an evening OPD run jointly with a fellow physician for integrated care.

Outside the clinic, I run, paint and take on hands-on DIY projects. I believe in practising what I preach — staying active keeps me grounded, creative, and deeply connected to movement in my own life. That energy is what I bring to motivating and guiding every patient.

A continuum of care

Recovery doesn't happen only in a treatment room. My schedule is built so support follows you into real life.

  • Morning OPD — in-clinic consultation and hands-on treatment sessions.
  • Home & hospital visits — personalised rehabilitation for patients with limited mobility, or those unable to attend the clinic.
  • Evening OPD — conducted jointly with a fellow physician for integrated, collaborative care.
